Yes! Our team works with beginners more often than advanced athletes! Starting something new can be intimidating and overwhelming. That's what we're here for. Our team of dedicated coaches will introduce you to everything you need to learn about how to live a healthier lifestyle while attaining your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
Not if you don't want to! Of course, we would love to meet you face to face and adore training our clients in person but an important goal for us is that you're comfortable. Our coaches can design a plan that works for you, using the equipment you have available to you. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts and offer private training sessions via Zoom.
It all depends on you! Personal training sessions are available as packages at a discounted rate or session by session. The cost will depend on the number of sessions and trainer you work with. Several packages of multiple training sessions are available and include an initial body composition assessment, monthly or bi-weekly meal plan & training plan and weekly check ins with your trainer. We'll go at your pace to reach your goals but we do expect to see progress! We want you to trust us and follow the plans we custom make for you because we want to see you succeed! How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
