Each personal trainer on team Roudfit brings their own , unique training style allowing the team to be able to cater to every clients level of fitness, from someone who has never set foot in a gym before, to competitive body building athletes. We understand that copy/paste regiments are not the solution to long term success and are adamant about working with the body type, metabolism and very importantly the personal training and dietary preferences of each client to ensure the creation of a long term healthy lifestyle.
Kareem Hallak- Personal Trainer
Personal trainer Kareem Hallak brings a light hearted energy to his personal training sessions, while getting serious, long term results from his clients. Kareem has several athletic and dietary certifications and is currently active in the sport of competitive bodybuilding under the guidance of head trainer , Roudfit. Kareem applies a traditional bodybuilding approach technique with a dietary plan customized for you to reach your goals. Kareem is well suited to work with clients in French, English and Arabic. Kareem is available for one on one training session, meal plans, weight loss plans and mass gain plans
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Rodrigue Assaf, head trainer of Team Roudfit, has transformed the bodies of 100's of clients worldwide. Native to Lebanon, Mr Assaf has been able to acquire a vast knowledge of training techniques and dietary knowledge through his time spent working with clients of all fitness levels in Lebanon and Canada. He is well suited to work with novice to seasoned athletic clients in French, English & Arabic and can easily accommodate their dietary preferences while allowing them to hit their goals. His training style varies greatly by the individual clients needs and can range from a more traditional body building approach to high energy cross fit style HIIT. Having competed as a professional mens physique athlete, and having coached several athletes to first place finishes in competitive bodybuilding, Roudfit is available for in person, one on one training sessions, meal plans, weight loss plans, mass gain plans and body building competition prep for both men and women.
Joe Assaf- Personal Trainer

Having a masters degree in exercise science and an in depth understanding of the human body, Joe is able to work with clients of all ages and health conditions through customized weight loss plans, mass gain plans and mobility/functional fitness.
Tatiana Conte- Personal Trainer
Seasoned fitness competitor and IFBB judge, Tatiana has the knowledge and life experience to push her clients out of their comfort zone and become the best version of themselves.
Able to work with clients in English, French and Portugese through varying levels of fitness by creating a custom training program and meal plan dependent on your goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, increased muscle mass , increased mobility/endurance or competitive bodybuilding , Tatiana WILL make sure you get there.
Moudi - Personal Trainer
After undergoing his own drastic fitness transformation, Mr. Moudi found his true passion- leading others to do the same. After succesfully completing a body building competition, Mr. Moudi received his certification as a personal trainer and is currently furthering his eductaion, pursuing a university degree in athletic therapy. He has an empathetic approach to training as his own journey was difficult and will easily support you in all of your goals. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
